Exchange rate and the change of the supply structure had the main impact on prices in one or another complex. By the results of June 2013 the average supply price amounted to $19, 550 per sq.m in the primary elite residential market and to $23, 900 per sq.m in the secondary one. The average price in the market of elite apartments reached $15, 350 per sq.m. The average supply budget equaled $3.6 mln. in the primary market of elite flats and $2.3 mln. in the market of elite apartments in June 2013. The minimal full price of elite flats in new buildings was estimated at the level of $0.73 mln. (flats, measuring 62.2 sq.m, in the elite quarter Wine House), the minimal budget in the segment of apartments constituted $0.46 mln.
